A contact form with basic fields that emails each entry.

Overview

What Form Builder Free does

Form Builder Free builds a contact form from basic fields: text, email, phone, number, website, date, message, dropdown, radio buttons, checkboxes and an acceptance box. Each entry is emailed to you with Reply-To set to the visitor, and the form is sent in the background with spam protection built in.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Where do the entries go?

To the site admin email, or to the addresses in Send To. Replies go straight to the visitor because Reply-To is set to their email.

Does it stop spam?

Yes. A hidden trap field, a minimum time to fill in the form, a limit per visitor and a check for messages full of links stop most spam without a captcha.

Can I link to my privacy policy?

Yes. Add an Acceptance field and put a link in its Checkbox Text.

Can I save entries in the dashboard?

Not in the free form. Bright Addons Pro’s Contact Form saves entries and exports them.
