Feature List Free

How to set up and style the Feature List widget in Elementor.

Feature List shows items that each have an icon, a title and a short description. In a single column, a line connects the icons, which suits steps and timelines. In two to four columns it works as a feature grid.

Part of: Bright Addons (free).

Set it up

  1. Drag the Feature List widget onto the page.

  2. In Features, open each row in Items and set the Icon, Title and Description.

  3. Add a Link to an item if its title should be clickable.

  4. Choose the Title Tag and the number of Columns for each device.

  5. Keep Connector Line on for a single column list of steps, or switch it off.

  6. Open the Style tab to set spacing, icon colors, the connector and the text styling.

Style options

These sections are in the Style tab.

  • Items

space between items, icon spacing, background color, padding, border, border radius and box shadow.

  • Icon

color, background, icon size, box size, border radius, connector color and connector style (solid, dashed or dotted).

  • Text

color, typography and spacing for the title, and color and typography for the description.

Tips

  • The connector line shows only when Columns is 1 for the current device. With two or more columns it is hidden even if Connector Line is on.

  • The line runs from one icon to the next, so the last item has no line below it.

  • The link is placed on the title only, not on the icon or the description.

  • The connector position follows the Box Size of the icon, so change Box Size instead of adding custom spacing to the icon.

Questions and answers

Why is the connector line not showing?

It appears only in a single column layout. Set Columns to 1 for that device and keep Connector Line on.

Can each item have a different icon?

Yes. Every item has its own Icon control.

Can I show the features in a grid?

Yes. Set Columns to 2, 3 or 4. You can choose a different number for tablet and mobile.

Can I make a whole item clickable?

No. The Link applies to the item title.
