How to set up and style the Scroll Effects extension in Elementor.
Scroll Effects ties the look of a widget, container, section or column to its way through the screen while the page scrolls. The element can move up, down or sideways, rotate, grow or shrink to its normal size, sharpen from a blur and fade in or out. Use it for parallax layers and content that settles into place as it comes into view.

These options are in the Advanced tab of the element.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Scroll Effects | Switches the effects on for this element. |
| Move Up or Down (px) | How far the element travels while it crosses the screen. Negative moves against the scroll for a parallax feel. |
| Move Sideways (px) | Sideways travel while the element crosses the screen, from -300 to 300. |
| Rotate (degrees) | The start rotation. The element turns back to straight as it moves in. |
| Start Size (percent) | The element grows or shrinks from this size to its normal size. |
| Start Blur (px) | The blur at the start, which clears as the element moves in. |
| Fade | None, Fade in while entering, Fade out while leaving, or Fade in and out. |
| Size and Blur Finish At | The middle of the screen or The top of the screen. Rotation finishes at the same point. |
| Active On | The devices on which the effects run: Desktop, Tablet and Phone. |
