Woo Add to Cart Pro

How to set up and style the Woo Add to Cart widget in Elementor.

Woo Add to Cart places an add to cart button for one chosen product, or for the product being viewed, anywhere on a page. It can show a quantity box, the price and a stock line, and it adds the product without a page reload. Use it on landing pages, in custom product templates, or as a buy now button that goes straight to the checkout.

Part of: Bright Addons Pro. Before you start: WooCommerce must be installed and active, with at least one published product.

Set it up

  1. Drag Woo Add to Cart onto the page.

  2. In Product, choose a product in the Product list, or enter an ID in Or Product / Variation ID.

  3. In Button, set the Button Text and Icon, or leave the text empty for the WooCommerce wording.

  4. Choose what happens under After Adding: stay with a message, go to the cart or go to the checkout.

  5. In Quantity, Price and Stock, switch Quantity Box, Price and Stock Line on or off and pick a Layout and Alignment.

  6. In the Style tab, style the button, quantity box, price, stock line and message.

Tips

  • Variable, grouped and external products get a link button to the place where they can be bought, without a quantity box. Use a variation ID to sell one variation directly.

  • If WooCommerce is set to redirect to the cart after a product is added, the stay option also goes to the cart.

  • The quantity box is hidden for products that are sold individually.

  • With The Product Being Viewed, the editor previews your newest product.

Questions and answers

Can I make a buy now button?

Yes. Set After Adding to Go to the Checkout (buy now). The product is added and the buyer lands on the checkout page.

Can it sell a variable product?

It can sell one exact variation when you enter its variation ID. With the variable product itself, the button links to the product page so the buyer can pick options.

Why does the stock line not say how many are left?

The number only appears when the product manages stock, stock is low, and WooCommerce is set to show stock amounts. Otherwise the line says In stock.

Why does the widget show nothing on the live page?

No product is chosen, or the product is a draft, private or password protected. Those are only shown to users who may edit them.
